Golden Oldies...

We were having a garage sale this weekend to raise money for The American Cancer Society Relay for Life.  I happened to notice this old cell phone in my daughter's garage.  Wow... talk about memories! 

I was really taken back by it's size... that sucker is huge!  I remember having the pleather case for mine and hanging it off my belt.  In fact, I remember a LOT of people carrying these behemoths around.  We we soooo cool!

I held it next to a Motorola Razr and the battery was actually bigger than the Razr!  You can see my daughter's magenta Razr and my son-in-law's Samsung flip phone in the photo to the left.

Those things were truly industrial-strength...
