OK! I gotta get my butt in gear...
I've been really neglecting my weight-loss and exercise plan. And once you start slacking off, it's so hard to get it back in gear. Time to have a meeting with myself.
I've been wearing my pedometer every day, but I'm nowhere near the 10,000 steps a day I'm shooting for. I'm averaging 5000 - 6000 steps a day. Time to "step" it up a notch!
Also, there's so much bad food in the house... I feel like we need to use it or it'll go to waste. Silly me! It wouldn't hurt to toss some of it. After all, my health is far more important that those evil calorie-laden foods.
